CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Result-oriented professional with at least 5 years of extensive experience in Project Management and successful completion of a variety of Projects in Software Development. Excellent skills in People Management. Customer Relationship Management Masters degree in IT discipline, well versed with recent IT technologies and relevant experience in a Senior Management role leading several functions in a global environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Professional designation in Project/Program Management (PMP) is required
Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on managing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals
Comprehensive knowledge of the company's global project management products and services Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing and developing managers, senior staff and high performance teams
Proven track to Lead, develop, direct, implement and oversee global projects to ensure delivery of quality service,
contractual compliance and customer satisfaction
Excelent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills
