As a Project Manager will perform the following:

• Implement Project Management Framework, Reusable Components and Architectural Patterns for delivering SLA Driven, high performance, scalable, secure, and redundant applications
• Manage projects of application development from inception to final delivery
• Understand and apply project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Make sure that a dashboard view of different development projects running at any time is available to senior management officials

skills/Requirements:

• Domain Expertise of Telecom applications particularly in the areas of eCommerce, mCommerce, mobile applications development and eSecurity (PKI based)
• Practical experiencing of using iterative development methodologies for different sizes of projects, software estimation, using reusable components and architectural patterns, hands on experience of managing development projects/programs, managing knowledge, relationship and team building
• Knowledge, skills and abilities acquired through 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in building quality information systems, business applications design, systems development, implementation, systems integration, migration, and installation within a complex environment
• 3-5 years experience in large-scale project/program management from conception through implementation
• Demonstrated project management skills and proven track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various system life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)
• Certification of PMP/PgMP or PRINCE2 would be a definitely plus
• To truly master the job, you’ll be multi-dimensional and have strong interpersonal skills that include the ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships; collaborate with others at various levels of management in order to reach common goals; be an active listener, and a clear communicator
• You should thrive in start-up environments and be able to work with minimal supervision
